The Question

Do you want to solder or braze metal parts quickly, accurately, and reproducibly?

With inductive soldering and inductive brazing, metal parts are heated locally and contactlessly to the correct soldering temperature. Thanks to the rapid and uniform heating, strong, reliable connections are created with minimal heat input and distortion.

For applications where an accurate temperature is essential, the process can be performed using a pyrometer in a closed-loop control system. The soldering temperature is continuously measured and automatically controlled, resulting in consistent quality, excellent reproducibility, and reduced waste.

Induction heating is an energy-efficient, flameless alternative to gas torches and is suitable for both manual and fully automated production processes. Furthermore, brazing can be performed under protective gas or vacuum, with or without flux.

The Question

Advantages

Why induction brazing?

Fast and localized

Only the desired area is heated. As a result, heat input remains limited and distortion is minimized.

Reproducible quality

With pyrometer control, the brazing temperature can be accurately monitored and automatically controlled.

Automatable process

Induction brazing is suitable for manual workstations, semi-automatic machines, and serial production.
