Your Requirement

Your Induction Power Generator Performs Only as Well as Its Cooling System.

Within an induction heating system, the Induction Power Generator, capacitor bank, resonant circuit, high-frequency (HF) cables and induction coil operate under significant thermal and electrical loads. Excessive cooling water temperatures, insufficient flow rates or contaminated cooling water can lead to reduced power output, system faults and unplanned downtime.

Therefore, we look beyond selecting a chiller. We engineer the complete cooling circuit for your induction heating process. The correct cooling capacity, pump pressure, flow rate and stable water temperature are essential for reliable process performance and maximum system uptime.

For compact induction heating systems, a small compressor chiller may be sufficient. For larger installations, high-power applications or multi-circuit systems, we specify an industrial water chiller based on the duty cycle, ambient temperature and required cooling water temperature.

  • Cooling Capacity Matched to Generator Power and Duty Cycle
  • Sufficient Water Flow for the Induction Power Generator, Resonant Circuit and Induction Coil
  • Correct Pump Pressure and Suitable System Connections
  • Temperature Control Optimised for Your Process
  • Alarm Contacts and External Enable Signals for Machine Integration
  • Compact, Easy to Maintain and Built for Industrial Use

Key Benefits

Why Choose a Closed-Loop Compressor Chiller?

Constant temperature

A stable cooling water temperature supports a consistent, repeatable induction heating process while preventing condensation.

Less System Contamination

A closed-loop cooling circuit minimises scale build-up, contamination and corrosion in the Induction Power Generator, induction coil and cooling hoses.

Production Reliability

The correct flow rate and pump pressure help prevent system faults and unplanned downtime.
