Temperature Control Determines the Quality of Your Induction Heating Process

An infrared pyrometer measures your product temperature completely non-contact and in real time. When integrated with an Induction Heating System, the measured temperature is fed directly back to the Induction Power Generator, enabling precise closed-loop temperature control.

With closed-loop temperature control, the power output is automatically adjusted to maintain the target temperature with high accuracy. This reduces product variation, improves process stability and ensures consistent product quality.
