An induction installation only works well if the entire process is correct.

With induction heating, no single component determines the result. Material, geometry, frequency, power, coil shape, coupling, cooling, temperature control, and control must be designed together.

That is why we do not start by “selling a generator,” but with the problem: which part needs to get heated, how quickly, to what temperature, and with what reproducibility? Based on that process question, we work towards a technically feasible solution.

Induction Heating Engineering: Practical Questions

When is a laboratory test useful?
If you want to know in advance whether induction heating is feasible, what power is required, which coil shape works, or how reproducible the result is. Testing is highly recommended, especially for new products, short cycle times, or critical temperature windows.
Can you also design just the coil?
Yes. RF Heating Consult can provide coil engineering for an existing generator or as part of a complete system. In doing so, we also look at water cooling, connections, and practical installation.
Is a process test always necessary?
Not always, but for new products or critical processes, a test is highly recommended. A test reveals what power, frequency, and coil shape are required.
Do you also supply generators, cooling, and pyrometry?
Yes. Engineering can be combined with the supply of induction generators, cooling systems, pyrometers, outdoor circuits, HF cables, and commissioning.
